so we take our customer relations very seriously...
Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc., Jumpsuits are warranted against defective materials, workmanship or jumpsuit integrity for one (1) years from the original date of purchase. All warranties are honoured from the original date of purchase.
Proof of purchase or product registration may be required. Please complete the online registration or mail in your registration to Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. Neither Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. nor the retailer selling this product will be liable for any damages, including incidental damages that may arise out of the misuse or inability to use this product. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, user modifications or commercial or rental use. Any repairs will not extend the warranty period. Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. does however extend the courtesy to our customers to make small corrections during the life of the equipment. If the item is out of its covered warranty, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and materials cost.

Please visit the nearest, authorized Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. retailer or online store to purchase your equipment. A list of our authorized retailers can be found on this website here. Not all products are available at all retailers. Equipment purchased from unauthorized retailers, online auction sites, or second hand, are not covered under our warranty. Proof of purchase or product registration may be required. But even if the warranty cannot be honoured, we will be glad to service or repair your item for a fee. We can do small corrections practically for life of the equipment.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND OTHER WARRANTY TERMS AND STATE LAWS
All warranties are to the original purchaser only. Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Neither Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc., nor the retailer selling this product, authorizes any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.
EXCLUSIONS
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to carry out normal maintenance will void the warranty. To prolong the life of your Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. suit consider following these guidelines:
- After use dry completely and follow our recommendations for drying.
- Rinse or wash only with strict adherence to manufactures guidelines.
- Store dry in dark and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
- Always take care when getting in and out of your suit.
WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY

To expedite service or replacement of the product the following information need to be provided:
- Personal contact information
- Detailed description of the problem
- Product name, model number and serial number (if applicable)
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase or product registration
After receiving “Return Authorization Number” from Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. Service Department, ship the item, well-packed and protected to facility indicated by Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. Service Department. The shipping guidelines and address of approved facility will be provided to insure prompt and cost effective response.
Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. or its approved repair facilities; will only accept a product that has a valid “Return Authorization Number” plainly visible on the outside of the box. Without a “Return Authorization Number” on the outside of the box, the product will be refused. ALL returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. or its approved repair facilities; certifying that the problem is covered by our warranty and not consumer abuse or damage due to shipping. Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. is not responsible for damage due to shipping. Be sure to pack carefully. Santi Diving Equipment USA, Inc. will only replace a product when necessary and with a comparable replacement. Credits are not issued for returned product.
