Customers, who buy any standard Santi product directly from SantiUSA.com, may return that product, within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. Purchases made by credit card, of any standard Santi stocking product, not “Made-To-Measure”, “Special Order” or “Custom Product”, will be charged only a minimum 20% restocking fee. Purchaser will be charged a 35% restocking fee for the return of any “Special Order” or “Custom Product” so purchased. All “Made-To-Measure” items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. If Customer submitted measurements were incorrect to start with, we will evaluate the issue on case by case bases and offer our customers the best, cost effective and expedient remedy.
